Kid's Clubs & Craft Activities For The Summer Holidays At Bird Tree & Eve's Garden Studio

Bird Tree is our latest and very welcome addition here at the Fairground Craft Centre.


This delightful open studio, founded by Caro, a talented artist specialising in portraits on canvas & in Felt, also runs activities, clubs & workshops for kids and grown ups! Felt Making Kits and other handcrafted gifts are also available.


Caro is running several kid's workshops throughout the summer holidays listed below.......



Kid's Crafts


1st August Wandmaking 10am - 12pm £12  Now Full

8th August Felted Dragonflies 10am - 12pm £12​

15th August Paint & Draw 10am - 12pm £12​

22nd August Felt a Unicorn 10am - 12pm £12​


Booster Club - Fun activities to practice maths and English skills


2nd August 10am - 11.30am           ​£15


9th August 10am - 11.30am          ​ £15


16th August 10am - 11.30am         £15  ​

 

Eve's Garden Studio


Due to popular demand Eve's Garden Studio will be running 6 ceramic projects over the summer for all children ages 5yrs - 12 years (some projects may require a parent to stay with the 5 year olds).


Each project will be over 2 sessions, starting at 10.30am -11.30am

Cost is £15 for each 1 hr session which includes all materials and kiln firings.

If parents wanted to stay and have a go too, that is an option on any of the sessions for the same cost.

Places are limited so call or message to book your place, payment required on booking. Thank you.


1st session - Designing and making - 1 hour on said dates

2nd session - Painting/glazing fired work - 1 hour (book at a time/date convenient to you)

Saturday 14th July - Wacky Hand Wall Hangings

Saturday 21st July - Greenman/Green Goddess Wall Hangings

Saturday 11th August - Mushroom Houses

Saturday 18th August - Recreating Your favourite Toy In Clay

Saturday 25th August - Piggy Banks
