Following last year's successful exhibition Sue Morris Wildlife Photography brings us another selection of her amazing wildlife images.

Season's Rhythms - Maureen Bond
11th to 22nd April 2017
Watercolour and mixed media original works and prints. Maureen's images are full of vibrant colour. In this exhibition she explores the seasons turning using floral imagery.

Andover Art Society Spring Exhibition
25th April to 6th May
Demonstrating the wealth of artistic talent in our local area this interesting exhibition covers a wide variety of subject matter and media.

Light over Land and Sea - David Whitson
9th to 20th May
. Original works and limited edition framed prints. David has a life long love of the sea which can be seen in his fondness for marine subjects and his use of light and colour.

Palette Knife and Paper - Liz Dell & Renate West
23rd May to 3rd June
Two artists with very different styles of working exhibit together. For Liz paper is her media of choice and she uses collage and pyography to produce her images. Renate uses paint to explore feeling and emotion in a more abstract way.

Inky Animals - Kate Arnold
6th to 17th June
Kate is a book illustrator and artist who's loose style really brings out the character of the subjects in her drawings and prints. Exhibiting with us for the first time, do come and have a look.

Watercolour Inspirations - Jan Munnion
20th June to 1st July
Jan takes inspiration from her travels as well as the beautiful landscape of Hampshire. For her the attraction of watercolour is the use of washes, and the freshness you can achieve with colour against the white of the paper.

Using White in Watercolour
Tuesday 11th April. 10am to 1pm. £35.00
Artist Maureen Bond demonstrates different reasons and techniques for using white in watercolour. This is followed by exercises to consolidate the learning which will result in participants creating a series of small pictures to take away.

Bringing the Colour into Watercolour
Tuesday 9th May. 10am to 4pm £50.00
This full day workshop explores all aspects of colour theory and the use of colour in watercolour.

'A Book, a Painting, an Endless Quest'
Thursday 18th May. 7.30 - 9.30pm £6.00
An entertaining art history talk about one man's obsession with artists Jan & Cora Gordon. In partnership with Andover Art Society.

First Steps in Bookbinding
Tuesday 23rd May. 10am to 4pm £35.00
Never be without a notebook again. During this workshop you will create two beautiful book structures. All materials provided.

Soft Stone Carving - Apple or Pear?
Thursday 8th June. 10am to 1pm £35.00
Learn how to form an apple or a pear in Maltese Limestone using rasps and sandpapers and then create a smooth finish on this tactile stone. All materials provided.

The gallery hosts guest exhibitors to show and sell their work on a commission basis. We also take in crafts to sell on a commission basis on behalf of artists/craftspeople. If you are interested in being a guest exhibitor, or selling your work through our gallery, please contact us to discuss your work. It is also possible to book the whole space for a fee. We offer workshops and would be interested to hear from tutors to expand this programme.
